    1/2 cup apple sauce unsweetened
    1 cup agave nectar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    2 tbsp chocolate chips


Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients, fold in zucchini, walnuts and chocolate chips. Use paper liners in a mini-muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins. Do not over bake! Makes 36 mini muffins.
