Introduction

I ran across this recipe in a kraft magazine and usually don't like stuffing recipes, but since I like salmon patties and wanted to try something new for my family I gave it a try. It's quite tasty! Ingredients

    -1 box, 6 oz, Turkey Stuffing from Walmart
    -2 cans, 5 oz each, drained tuna, in water then flaked
    -1/3 C Hellmann's Canola mayonnaise
    -1/2 C shredded carrots
    -2 T sweet relish
    -1 C Kraft 2% milk sharp cheddar shredded cheese
    -3/4 C water

Directions

--Shred the carrots (if you don't already have some) and drain the tuna first.

--Mix all the ingredients until well blended, then cover and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

--Heat in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat using a #50 scooper (about a heaping T each) An ice cream scooper will also work. Each patty should be about 1/3 C. Gently flatten the patties with a spatula. Cook 3 min. on each side, turning carefully.

--Makes 8 servings of 2 cakes each.
