    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 sugar
    chopped onion

    large jar of sauerkraut
    chopped green pepper
    chopped red pepper
    can green beans, drained
    can wax beans, drained
    can kidney beans, drained


saute sugar, olive oil, and chopped onion until sugar has dissolved

mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl, pour olive oil mixture over the top. Toss together, marinate over night in the refrigerator.
