    *Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean and fat, cooked, braised, 4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)
    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove) (or white wine-this will change nutirtional info)


pre-heat oven to 300 degrees

wash pork & pat dry. salt & pepper both sides. mix together sage & garlic poweder, rub onto pork.

put butter into medium pasn. brown pork on both sides-about 1-2 minutes each. put pork in pan into oven. roast slowly for about 25-30 minutes until pork is tender and done.

place pork on cutting board to rest & allow juices to redistribute.

put pan onto burner over medium heat. add chicken broth(or wine) to deglaze pan. scrap up the brown bits and allow to simmer until reduced to a thin sauce.

serve juices over pork
