    1 large can Enchilada sauce
    1 large can black beans
    .08 package of Weight Watchers mexican cheese
    2 onions sauteed in pam
    6 South beach whole wheat wraps


Preheat oven to 350, Chop and sautee onions, next layer a rectangular pyrex with a layer of enchilada sauce, 2 whole wheat wraps side by side, a layer of black beans, a layer on sauteed onions, a layer of cheese and repeat. Bake the whole thing for 20-30 minutes. Super easy and yummy.
