    1c whole wheat flour
    1c white flour
    2 TBSP white sugar
    1 TBSP Baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 c pecan pieces, chopped
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 c egg beaters
    1 c bananas
    1/3 c nonfat milk
    1/4c sweetened applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Makes 12 muffins (3 pts ea WW)

1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Grease or line muffin tins.

3. Sift all dry ingredients then mix in chopped pecans.

4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix. Batter may be a bit stiff.

5. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
