Ingredients

    2 cans cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    2 cans black eyed peas
    2 cans shoepeg corn
    1 can diced green chilies
    6 oz shredded cheese
    20 club crackers


Directions

Spray a casserole dish with Pam. Mix the first 5 ingredients in the dish. Crumble crackers on top. Spray well with Pam. Cook at 350 until bubbly. Makes about 16 servings.
