Ingredients

    1/4 cup soy milk
    1 small banana

    1 cup soy milk
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder

Directions

Using a fork, mash the banana with 1/4 cup of the soy milk till there are no lumps.

Mix the flour and baking powder (sift if necessary to avoid lumps of bp). Add the banana mixture and the rest of the soy milk and stir till just blended.

Make the pancakes!

Makes 3 servings.
