Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    Baking Soda
    Salt
    3 overripe bananas (can use four if you would like, only had 3 on hand)
    Vanilla extract
    Granulated sugar (didn't have enough stevia)
    Egg
    Liquid egg whites
    No Sugar Added Apple Sauce
    Light butter
    No Sugar Added Maple Syrup

    Sometimes add nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips. Can also use other butter substitutes (coconut butter, etc)
