Ingredients

    1 stick margarine
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (3)
    2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and bananas. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, or can bake in 3 small loaf pans (5-3/4 x 3-1/4) for 40 to 45 minutes.
