Ingredients

    *Bob's Red Mill - Polenta (dry), 0.25 cup
    *Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo Bean Flour (1 serving = 1/4 cup), 0.25 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    *paprika, smoked, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5-1 tsp
    *Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, .75 tbsp
    Water, .5 Cup

Directions

mix all ingredients together. Add a small amount of olive oil to a non stick fry pan, preheat the pan to medium heat while you are mixing the ingredients. When pan is ready to fry pour batter - should be similar to pancake batter. Flatten out to the edges - set the timer for 2.5 mins, at 2.5 mins flip and cook for 2.5 more mins. Serve with your favority tomatoe sauce and "cheese" (I used Daiyra mozzarella) for a pizza, be creative and enjoy!
