This is a great portable breakfast sandwich. This is a great portable breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients

    1 English Muffin
    2 Tbsp whipped cream cheese
    1 slice tomato
    1 slice red onion
    1 Tbsp capers, drained
    1 oz smoked salmon

Directions

Toast muffin, smear with 1 Tbsp cream cheese on each side, top one side with capers, tomato, onion and salmon. Place other side on top of everything. Eat like a sandwich and enjoy!
