    2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef (96/4)
    1 can Tomato Paste 1 12 oz can
    1 can Tomato Sauce 1 15 oz can
    1 Onion
    Chili Powder to taste
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Dice onion and cook in water
Brown & Drain Ground Beef
Add Chili Pepper to taste (I cover the ground beef well)
Add Salt "& Pepper to taste
Add Tomato Paste and Tomato Sauce
Add 2 cups of water
Bring to boil, simmer for approx an hour
