Number of Servings: 6


    6 slices deli ham
    1 cup egg beaters
    1 tbs fresh chives
    chopped peppers (optional)
    1/2 cup shredded Cheese
    Cooking Spray


1.Turn oven on at 350
2.Spray muffin tins
3. line muffin tins with ham
4. bake ham for 5 minutes
5. mix egg beaters with cheese, chives, peppers
6. Add to ham when ham has baked.
Cook for an addition 10 - 13 minutes depending on how you like your eggs.
