Ingredients

    (4) 1/4 lb. sirloin steaks
    1 T olive oil
    1 t garlic powder
    1 t sea salt
    3 # red potatoes
    1 T olive oil
    1 t garlic powder
    1/2 t sea salt
    2 T chopped thyme

Directions

Also make roasted red potatoes. quarter red potatoes 2 T olive oil over potatoes and add some garlic powder and 1 t sea salt and toss all together sprinkle some fresh thyme if you have fresh or powdered if you don't and put in oven 375 deg. for 45 minutes. Steak won't take long so wait till potatoes are about half cooked. Put olive oil over the steaks, sprinkle garlic powder and sea salt over top. Get skillet hot and pan sear the steaks depending on how well done you want them. let rest several minutes before cutting and cut against the grain.
