    Chicken Breast, skinless - 2
    Fettuccine - 2 oz
    Chicken Bouillon Powder - 1 tsp
    Green Bell Pepper - 1 whole
    Stewed tomatoes - 1 1/3 cup
    Bay Leaf - 2 tsp
    Basil - 2 tsp
    Thyme - 1 stp
    Parsley flakes - 1 tsp
    Vegetable Cooking Spray

    Add mushrooms, spring onions, and white cooking wine (2 oz) to mixture. Can also top with parmesan cheese.


1. Mix bouillon with 1 cup HOT water and bay leaf in small bowl.
2. Spray cooking spray in a skillet
3. Add chicken to pan and brown both sides on med heat
4. Add bouillon mixture to browned chicken, simmer for 10 minutes uncovered (flip chicken after 5 minutes).
5. Add green pepper, stewed tomato, basil, thyme, and parsley to pan.
6. Continue to simmer, uncovered for 10-15 mins.
7. Cook over cooked fettuccine.
