    16 boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
    1 cup Great Value cornflakes
    1/4 cup Great Value reduced fat parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 cup milk


Place cornflakes in a gallon ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin into fine crumbs. Add parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper to bag and shake to combine. Pour crumb mixture into a small bowl.

Pour milk into a shallow dish. Dip each piece of chicken in milk then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is done and crumbs are slightly browned.

1 Serving = 2 tenderloins

You may also substitute boneless, skinless chicken breasts or boneless skinless chicken thighs - just adjust your nutrition stats accordingly.
