Ingredients

    2 Romaine Lettuce (not included on calculation)
    1 Can of Whole Kernel Corn drained
    1 Can of Bean Salad Mix drained (Nupak)
    1 Cup Mild Salsa White Corn& Black Beans PC
    1/2 Cup Sour Cream
    1 Cup Shredded Mozarella

Directions

Mix together Corn, Bean, Salsa and hot pepper (to taste). Spread the mix on top of romaine lettuce, add sour cream and cheese. Serve 6.
