    * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving
    * Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .5 cup (not packed)
    * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    * *Sucralite, sugar substitute for baking, .5 cup
    * Egg, 1 large
    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cup, unthawed
    * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup
    * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * *vanilla flavoring, 1 tsp


Mix Dry ingr and wet ingr separately then fold together. Then add blueberries. Can beat and fold in egg whites separately.

Makes 30-40 small 2-3" round pancakes
