    1-15 oz. can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    1-15 oz. can White Beans, rinsed and drained
    1-15 oz. can Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 lb. turkey kielbasa, diagonally sliced into 1-inch pieces
    1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 to 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots (about 3 medium carrots)
    2 small onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 cup dry red wine or beef roth
    2 tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves or 1-1/2 tsp dried leaves
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole. Cover and bake until carrots are tender, about 1 hour or until hot/bubbly.
