Ingredients

    2 lbs baby carrots
    1 cup raisins (not packed)
    2 Tbsp Kraft Light Mayo with Olive Oil
    2 tsp Splenda

Directions

Put carrots in a food processor and shred. Stir in raisins, mayo, and Splenda. Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
