    4 medium ears corn, fresh
    Feta Cheese, 2 oz
    Fresh chopped mint leaves, 2 tablespoons
    1 large tomato, chopped


Skim corn off ears. Crumble feta cheese. Chop tomato and mint leaves. Combine all ingredients and chill.
