    Whole wheat tortilla

Directions

Sautee peppers and onions in 1/4 tsp. olive oil. Add eggs and scramble. Heat up whole wheat tortilla. Place scrambled eggs, bell pepper, and onion on tortilla. Add shredded low fat mozzarella. Roll up and enjoy. This recipe makes one healthy breakfast burrito
