Ingredients

    4 cans Black Beans
    1 16oz jar Salsa
    1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
    3 cloves Garlic, minced

Directions

Brown the ground beef and drain it. Rinse it under hot water and drain again to remove excess fat. Add the salsa, 4 cans of beans (do not drain) your browned ground beef and 3 cloves garlic minced to a crock pot and allow to cook for 4 hours on high. This can be cooked in a pot on the stove top as well.
Makes 18 - 1/2 cup servings
