Introduction

Just a simple supper. I use this to get rid of ingredients in the cabinet. Just a simple supper. I use this to get rid of ingredients in the cabinet.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of salmon
    5 ritz crackers
    1 large egg

Directions

Drain can of salmon. Add egg. Crush crackers and add them. Form into patties. Put in a non stick skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.

NOTE: I only used one egg here, but two would help them stick together better.
