Ingredients

    3 cups prepared Jasmin Rice, cooled
    3 green onions chopped
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 pound med. shrimp
    sun bird fried rice packet
    2 TBSP Extyra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 TBSP Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce

Directions

Prepare rice according to directions, cool

Heat skillet and add oil. Add rice and onions and stir-fry. Add shrimp, seasoning packet and soy sauce. Cook until shrimp are pink. Push rice to side and add egg beaters and scramble in corner of skillet. When eggs are cooked, add to entire contents of skillet.
