    4 Chicken breasts
    Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    Penne or bowtie pasta 16 oz
    1 cup chopped onion


Cook chicken and chop. Cook Spinach and drain well. Cook pasta and drain. Cook onions in non stick pan till browned.While pasta is still hot mix in cheese, chicken, onions and spinach, Put in baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes at 325.

  • I just had this, I baked each serve in it's own dish. It was filling tasty but a bit bland. I added some Worcester Sauce which helped a lot. A few more herbs and spices and it's a winner of a dish. - 8/21/08
