    2/3 of a loaf Cinnamon Twist Bread
    1/4 c. Half & Half Cream
    3 c. Vanilla Soy Milk
    1 lg. egg
    1/2 oz. whiskey
    3 tsp. Raw Sugar


1. Roughly chop cinnamon bread and lay out on a cooling rack for a few hours. We want to let the bread dry out a bit so it will soak up more liquids.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix cream, soy milk, egg, and whiskey in a medium bowl until everything is well combined.
3. Place dried bread and in an 8x8 baking pan and pour cream mixture over the top. Spinkle sugar evenly over the top and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top in golden brown.
