    1.5 lbs chicken breast (boneless skinless)
    1 can Cream of Chicken - 98% Fat Free - Low Sodium, minced Garlic, 3 tsp
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    6 tbsp Sherry Cooking Wine
    Swiss Cheese, 8 slice (1 oz)
    *Stove Top Stuffing - Whole Wheat (dry mix), 1 cup
    1 cup (melted) Light Country Crock


Combine chicken, sherry, soup and seasonings. Layer cheese on top. Top with stuffing. Pour 1 cup of butter on top.

Bake 400 for 25-30 minutes.
