    2- large eggs (beaten)
    1- slice onion (optional)
    1-whole large mushroom (optional)
    2-oz Hillshire deli select honey ham
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    1- grape tomato
    PAM cooking spray


1. Beat eggs.
2. Slice and dice ham, onion, mushroom and tomato.
3. Heat frying pan, when hot spray with PAM.
4. Add ingredients from step 2.
5. With stove on medium heat pour eggs into pan.
6. Use fork to distribute cotents evenly.
7. Once egg starts to stiffen (loses runniness) turn over
8. sprinkle cheese on top
9. fold over
10. Remove from pan

Makes 1-2 servings depending on size of pan.
