Ingredients

    1 c. Whole Wheat Flour
    1 c. White Flour
    1 c. Sugar
    1/2 c. Splenda
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 c. Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Cloves
    2 large eggs & 2 large egg whites, beaten
    15 oz. can Pumpkin

    FROSTING:
    5 Tbsp. light Cream Cheese
    1 tsp. Skim Milk
    1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar

Directions

- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix in beaten eggs, pumpkin and applesauce.
- Mix thorougly
- Spread into ungreased 10 x 15 x1 inch jellyroll pan
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool (wire rack recommended)
- Mix ingredients for frosting together and frost bars
