    All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1.5 cup
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 8 tsp
    Sea Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1.25 tsp
    Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, .25 tsp
    Spreadable (Olivio), 6 tbsp
    Marburger Farm Dairy: Gourmet Buttermilk, .5 cup
    raisins, .25 ounce
    Crasins .25 oz


Heat oven to 400 F. Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in butter with pastry blender, or your choice of implement, mixing to coarse meal. Add buttermilk and mix just til combined - don't overmix. Add fruit. Pat out to a circle, then cut into 4 pieces with a large bisciut cutter.
Hint: if using fresh fruit e.g. blueberries pat out 1/2 of one of the circles then place blueberries on top and add the other half of this circle and proceed to cut.
Place each scone on baking sheet and bake for approx. 15 minutes. Makes 4 scones. For smaller scones, use a smaller biscuit cutter, then you can make about 8.
