Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    3 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    2 packets zesty italian salad dressing mix (dry)
    1/2 cup dry white wine or sherry (Calculated with dry white wine)
    4 Tbs. low-fat margarine.
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/2 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
    1- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
    1 cup of canned mushrooms

Directions

Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Combine salad dressing mix and chicken broth and wine; pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

In a small pot melt magarine, cream cheese and soup until blended. Whisk until smooth. Stir in mushrooms.

Pour over chicken. Keeping the slow cooker on low, cook 1 hour longer or until chicken juices run clear.

Serve over rice or noodles, or shirataki

    This was good. Mushrooms were not included in the ingredient list, so I did not purchase them when planning my menus for the week. Lucky I had an extra can! - 4/16/07
