Ingredients

    1 pkg Savory Herbs Stove Top Stuffing Mix (6 serving size)
    2 Tbsp Butter, unsalted - melted
    2 Cups Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free (Great Value)
    3 Cups Chopped, cooked Chicken
    .5 Cup Onions, chopped
    .25 Cup minced Fresh Chives
    .5 Cups Celery, finely chopped
    .25 Cup Mayo Light
    .25 Tsp Salt
    2 Large Eggs
    1.5 Cups Milk, nonfat
    1 Can *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    .5 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat Oven to 325

Mix together Stuffing, Melted Butter, and 1.25 cups Chicken Broth in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix together Chicken, .75 Cup Chicken Broth, Onion, Celery, Chives, Mayo, and Salt.

Spread half the Stuffing mixture onto bottom of a 12x9x2 pan (sprayed with nonstick spray). Spread Chicken mixture over stuffing. Cover with remaining stuffing.

Whisk eggs, soup, and milk in a large bowl. Pour sauce over stuffing. Cover dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove Foil, add cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
