Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, chunked
    1.5 cups Catalina dressing
    .25 cup soy sauce
    Dash of garlic powder
    8 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 cup chinese pea pods, thawed
    1 can bamboo shoots
    Can add 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

Measure dressing, soy sauce and garlic in pan. Add chunked chicken and cook until done. Add thawed vegetables and bamboo shoots (and water chestnuts, if used) for last 5 minutes.

Serve over rice. Makes 6-8 servings
