    6 oz. Raw wild caught tuna or MahiMahi
    1 T. grated coconut (unsweetened)
    1 oz. almonds, slivered and chopped
    1 rye krisp, crushed
    1 T. coconut oil


dry tuna with paper towel
mix grated coconut, cracker crumbs and almond pieces in small plate.
Roll tuna in coconut oil and then in dry mixture.

Arrange Tuna on baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. This works well in a toaster oven.

Serve with wild rice mix and spinach salad for a healthy, quick meal.
