Ingredients

    edients:

    * Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (2 lb) (remove)
    * *Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 32 oz (remove)
    * Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    * Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    * Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, 4 cup (remove)
    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Stick), 1 Tbsp, 4 serving (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

Thaw broccoli
Cube cheese

Mix all ingredients in the crockpot (except butter and flour)

Cook on low until hot and blended

Melt butter over stove top and stir in flour. Once combined, add to soup to thicken.

Cook until thick and all hot and blended.

*next time I would add more broccoli (like another package) to boost the fiber. I might also add cauliflower or carrots.

*salt and pepper to taste
