    10 ice cubes
    3 cups frozen berries
    2 cups crystal light (any flavor I use berry)
    1 cup cranberry juice (I also added some fresh cranberries)
    1/4 tsp cinnamon


put ice cubes in blender and crush with 1 c of crystal light, then add fruit and 2d cup of crystal light, next put in the cranberry juice and cinnamon. Enjoy!
