Ingredients

    3 lb pork shoulder roast
    1 onion cut into wedges
    2 Tbs minced garlic
    1 can A&W rootbeer

Directions

Place thawed roast into crockpot. Cut onion into wedges and place around the roast. Spread garlic over roast. Pour 1 12oz can of rootbeer over the entire roast. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. When done, discard drippings, trim fat, and shred meat. Makes 12 servings.
