    8 Chicken breast (boneless, skinless, 2 lbs)
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1 cup grape halves

    2 cups Hellmans Mayo
    1/2 t white pepper
    1 T Old Bay Seasoning
    1 T Balsamic vinegar
    1 t sugar


Boil chicken until done (about 30min). Run under cold water and let cool. It is best to shred the chicken by hand when it is at room temperature to slightly chilled.

Add the pecans, celery and grapes. Toss with the dressing.
