    3 Pork Chops, Center Loin, boneless
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
    1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
    1 c chicken broth


heat oil in skillet, add chops, cook until 150 degrees, remove from pan and set aside. Carefully add chicken broth to deglaze pan, bring to a simmer, add cream cheese and yogurt, whisk until mixed. Bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

serve pork chops and pour sauce over.
