    4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
    2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
    4 oz shredded muenster cheese
    8 oz crab meat
    1 cup light cottage cheese
    3/4 cup light sour cream
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 tbsp grated fresh onion
    1 1/2 melted margarine
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 egg lightly beaten

    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 tbsp melted margarine
    1/4 tsp paprika


In a large bowl mix cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, egg, onion, salt, and pepper together. Add crab meat and shredded cheese, stir together well. Add cooked macaroni noodles, stir together well. Pour into casserole pan.

In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of macaroni mixture.

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 5 more minutes or until topping is slightly golden.
