    24 oz. skinless boneless chicken breast (or tenders)
    1 can FF chicken broth
    2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 chopped med. onion
    2 t. garlic powder
    2-3 T. fresh choped basil
    2-3 T. chopped fresh parsley
    1 t. salt
    1 can mushrooms (or fresh if you have them)


Throw it all in the crockpot and cook on low overnight. Serve on brown rice and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Refrigerates well for a work meal-then its almost like a risotto. Add a green salad and there you go!
