    3/4c wheat flour
    1c flour
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2c sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2c applesauce
    1/4c water
    1c pumpkin puree


Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add the eggs, applesauce, water and pumpkin. Mix until combined. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 for about 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  • Oh my goodness. This is so good. I usually share all my baked goods with the neighborhood, dont want to share this. I used only 1 cup of sugar and added some cinammon and nutmeg. I will make this weekly for sure. - 11/18/10
