    6-7 ounces of whole wheat spaghetti
    1/2 a red pepper sliced
    1 large yellow pepper sliced
    1 medium white onion sliced
    1/2 cup broccoli cuts
    1/3 cup chopped olives
    3 fat garlic cloves
    a large can diced tomatoes- 1.8 cups

    spices - use as you like
    dried basil
    dried oregano
    dried garlic
    chili flakes
    hot sauce - 3-4 dashes


cook spaghetti in boiling water with salt and oil until almost done
heat oil in a pan , add onions, saute till translucent,
add garlic and some basil. saute 1 min
add all veggies except tomatoes. saute on high flame till soft.
add tomatoes, saute on high flame till rawness is gone and sauce has reduced
add spices, salt.
add pasta, mix well. cover let it cook on low flame for 2-3 min
turn off gas, let it cool slightly and serve
