    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm, 349 grams
    Carrots, raw, 50 grams (grated)
    Onions, raw, 50 grams (finely chopped)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Almonds, 0.5 cup, ground
    Egg white, 1 serving
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 2 tsp
    Sesame seeds, whole, dried, 20 gram(s) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw 1 tbsp (chopped fine)


Put the tofu and the almonds in to a bowl and mash together really well.

Heat 1 tsp of the oil and fry the carrot, shallots and ginger until slightly softened.

Mix the vegetables with the tofu, add the egg white, soy sauce and sesame seeds and combine well. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

Shape the mixture into four burgers.

Heat rest of oil, add the burgers and cook until golden brown and heated through, a few minutes on each side.
