Ingredients

    6 chicken thighs, bone and skin removed
    0.5 chopped onion
    0.25 chopped green bell pepper
    0.25 chopped sweet red pepper
    0.25 cup mushrooms chopped or sliced
    2 cloves garlic finely chopped
    1 tin Campbells Condensed Mushroom soup (preferably 99% fat free version)
    I Can't Believe it's not Butter 1 tablespoon
    Water 4 tablesp




Directions

In a frying pan(skillet) melt the 'I can't believe it's not butter 'and brown the chicken lightly on a medium heat. transfer to your slow cooker (crock pot)
In the same frying pan gently cook the choped onion, peppers, mushrooms,garlic until softening but not browning. Add water and cook for a few minutes more. Transfer to slow cooker.
Add the condensed soup and turn mixture over gently.
Cook on Automatic for 3 hrs or so. Cooking time will depend on your slow cooker.
Serve with plain boiled rice and a green salad.
