Ingredients

    2 tbsp light parmesan cheese
    60grams (about 2oz) Light Sour Cream
    2 oz Light Cottage Cheese
    2 oz grated low fat old cheddar
    50 grams or about 2 oz (about a 1/3-1/2 measuring cup) dry 100% whole wheat macaroni

Directions

Take the 50 grams or about 2 oz (about a 1/3-1/2 measuring cup) dry 100% whole wheat macaroni - cook to package instructions.

While macaroni is cooking in a microwaveable bowl/containter mix all the other ingredients until blended.

When macaroni is done, drain thoroughly and add to the cheese mixture.

Mix until even.

Microwave (or bake if you prefer in a non stick baking pan).

Voila!

An awesome reheat too.
