Introduction

Replaced half of white flour with whole heat pastry flour for a healthier version and by replacing the 2 eggs in original recipe with 4 egg whites eliminated the cholesterol. Ingredients

    Cake
    All purpose flour white, 1 cup
    Whole wheat pastry flour, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 1/2 cup
    Baking Soda, 3 tsp
    Fruit Cocktail Selection Merite 1 14 oz can
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Naturegg Simply egg white 1/2 cup or 4 egg whites

    Topping
    Brown Sugar, packed 1/2 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients for cake pour in a 9"x13" baking dish coted with non-stick spray.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly on top of cake batter.

Bake at 350 about 45 min or until a toothpick inserted in center come out dry.
