    1 can (15.5 oz) Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/2 cup applesauce
    3/4 cup egg beaters (egg substitute)
    1/4 cup unsweetened coco-powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)


preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray 8x8 glass plan w/ cooking/ baking non-stick spray.

Place beans, eggs, applesauce, sugar, splenda, salt, vanilla, and coco-powder in blender. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle top with chocolate chips (optional). Bake 30 min or until top appears dry and side begin to pull away. Allow to cool 15 min, cut and serve.
